Cycle Tourism:

Visualvoice was approached by Campaspe Shire Council to develop a GPS enabled digital cycling route map encompassing the entire shire. The digital map is supported by a print version available from local visitor centres.

Local businesses, clubs and cycling groups were consulted to assist in identifying the more than a dozen routes, ranging from short, local rides to longer, more challenging routes, offering something for every level of ability and fitness.

Each route is named and boldly shown in its own colour. An information panel for each route gives details of the surface, distance, grade and whether it is on or off road, or a shared path. Amenities such as, public toilets and playgrounds also feature.

The aim of the map is to promote and improve the safety and awareness of cycling.
